2)Enter the last four digits of the account number at the automated answering system’s request. The account number will be located on the card or a monthly statement.
3)Enter the last four digits of the account holder’s social security number when the information is requested.
4)Enter the zip code of the billing address for the account holder when prompted by the answering system.
5)Listen to the account information provided by the automated answering system, then press 0 to speak to an account manager. If the automated system continues, press 0 again. This should interrupt the system and send discover card call to an account manager.

To reach an account manager without using the automated answering system, press 0 three times at the start of the message.
